*these categories include Master degree students, PhD students, fellowship and PostDocs within 5 years on PhD degree.

Payments Cancellation policy

All payments are done via bank account and cards

Notification of cancellation made before 5th August 2024 will be charged a service fee of 50 €

Cancellation made after before 5th August 2024 we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made. Cancellation is not confirmed until you get e-mail confirming the cancellation.
